App is difficult to navigate. The Angi Pros do not use the app messaging system. The plumber they sent did not speak English. He did not even see the booking details on the app. I was not able to find his plumbing license online. Chat representatives are not very polite, possibly dealing with all kinds of unhappy Angi users all day. We will not be renewing our $29.99 membership next month. We will ask our neighbors for recommendations from now on.

Terrible! The app did not allow me to enter data in the Project requirements box. In addition, when I tried to respond to a message from the installer, all the words were backwards. I was able to log in on my laptop this morning and all worked fine. but since I only had my phone while I was away the previous week, the app did not do the job.

Beware! Do NOT install this app. First, when I would try to login on the app it would give error saying "this page cannot load" so I had to login on my PC. Second, this contractor they sent was dishonest. I just needed the inside pane of my double pane window repaired. The man shows up in shorts like he's going to the beach. Looks at the window then says he can't repair it. We are then charged for service not rendered. Ultimately we requested a refund.

This a Question/ Review. I signed up to Angi a few years ago. Recently I came back to find help with another project. All went well, but soon as all was ordered and accepted, now I can't sign in. Not on computer or App. I get to where it says code was sent to my email, but nothing comes to my email. I tried numerous times. uninstalled and reinstalled the App, but now i can't even sign in to the new App. I've tried so many things with no luck. Tried to create a new account. Same thing.

I had Angies list for 5 years. I used it a dozen times with amazing success. I was happy with every company I used. Recently they were purchased, changed how their system works, and changed the name to Angie. I've tried the new system for 2 projects. The results have been poor. It appears the business model has changed. It used to be clients paying to get access to a list of honest customer reviews to make an informed decision. Now, the customers are the business and you are the product.

Non-stop advertising and solicitation. I did 1 search for a service. I did not request a quote or even select a company. That was 3 weeks ago, and Angi shared my number with a dozen companies, and I've been getting mutple calls every day starting at 8AM saying they are "calling about my project request." I removed permission to call or text me on the app, and the calls kept coming. I asked them to put me on their do not call list, and the calls kept coming. It's now bordering on harassment.
