Not useful, after moving to movistar all of my account information doesn't appear so I'm unable to purchase data and it's not even indicating which plans I could buy Edit: Sirve, relativamente, es buena aplicación para hacer los pagos pero tiene muchos problemas al tratar de enlazar la cuenta cada vez que cambias de teléfonos.

I can't use it. It keeps saying "an expected error has occurred". What a pity, I was very happy thinking that I could use the app to manage my prepaid card for the Mobil phone

Movistar are a real pain. They send me multiple notifications every day and if I ignore them I run out of credit in just a couple of days. Keeping a Movistar pay-as-you-go phone in credit is HARD WORK.

This app allows you to save transference gigabytes so that you can use them starting the next month. It's a really valuable feature which is not common with other ISPs

I have spent 2 days at different times of the day trying to install. I put my number and the code and then it says "hola" and says "error they again later"
