Trouble some app, my account was restricted for more than one month now since I download. My money stuck inside but cannot be used to purchase. I'm not allowed to use saying that my account restricted but they accept my money when I first top up. I prefer to use Shell app more convenient and easy. Setel more hard than bank account. They keep my money but denied to purchase fuel. In fact my account already verified.

while paying for fuel, there's 2 toggles, one is for Budi and another one is Mesra points. I accidentally toggled the Mesra and it redemeed my points without confirmation. This is bad design, the toggle for Mesra points was not there before this Budi scheme. After contacting support team, they're unable to refund my points. Worst design decision ever.

Having problems to add bank card, message came out Processing, please wait ,,,,, but after 15 minutes, still did not go through. Tried many times with different cards, uninstall & reinstall the app, log in & log out, cleared the cache, but same problems. Contacted my banks, no issue with my cards. No phone number to.call Setel, the live chat does not help at all. Emailed to Setel, no reply too

Very lousy app.Tried many times to link my mesra physical card to setel app and it always fails (tried many times at different times). Then when click to connect to help, it hangs. Then when I want to add my petronas maybank credit card, it shows the error message "Do not honour". Then when went to website to connect to customer service, ai answers. Later, it says will help connect to an agent but after 30 minutes, no agent appears. pls lah get your act together or else dont do this useless app

Giving 1 start in hope you guys saw my review! I have verifiy my Setel account accordingly to your term. But still, I've been charged with the price of non subsidized. I tried to connect to your live agent in your app but received NO RESPONSE in return. I hope you see this & contact me immediately through email or your app. Thank you.

I parked at Alamanda shopping centre for about 15 to 20 mins and left, but this app was not so efficient and kept charging me until night time .I have left the alamanda parking since 2.10pm in the afternoon. no wonder in the help option they have provided general questions which is "how if I have left parking and the timing still running" the best joke ever.
