giving it 1 start is still worst worst ever app from electricity department they charge everyone month without any calculation in the name of invoice settlement when asked for the solution they give useless statement about the meter charge and recharge charge postpaid meter was the best useless aap

One of the worst App I ever seen. If you are facing any issue then there is no help on app and even 1912 also for smart meter users is complete waste.

Service is very poor, its app did not working properly. I compained that App as it not working since 1st of September 2025 on 27.09.2025 but they not bother to check and correct. In my opinion we all have to avoid Smart meter.

Energy calculations is not going to be updated daily basis.I dont find energy charged and balance amount reflection wef 02.10.25. I fail to understand when to recharge . Plz fix this problem.
