I've been playing on and off since this game came out. I'm on level 3465. It used to be fun. Now it's impossible to beat levels within 10-30 tries without the little running man (he gives perks). It sets up the levels for you to fail. After dozens of tries, it ALLOWS you to win. They're also recycling levels. There are no new levels, as they claim. You just play the same ones over and over. They removed different level types like the locks levels. It sucks. It's an old game, but at least try!!!

Customer service has definitely improved, but still a lot of glitches even with the current versions. Very fun. The game still keeps freezing in between attempts and you only get your boosters 30% of the time, current version, no update, money spent and lost. Needs another update, but they've earned back a couple more stars.

Excellent game, this is a match 3 at its best. good visual and sound design. Slightly cheapened by so many popups and events between boards. I especially don't like the piggy bank animation, its too long as it is and even longer when the bank is full. I get that its an incentive to make a purchase but I don't even know what the coins in the bank do so it feels pointless. Otherwise the best little bejeweled doppelgänger I've laid eyes on.

Great game, some levels have taken me MONTHS to complete, but I keep coming back. It would be great to be able to earn coins once in awhile. I don't have the funds to buy extras in games. And the lock icon saying there's cool stuff coming changed in the 3+ years I've been playing this game. The hours of free play is cool but I think coins would be a great addition, even 1 every so often. 5 stars when one of those things change. Update: couple weeks later I get coins on the wheel, usually. 5*

This is an ace game! I've been playing it for ages and it keeps getting better. The levels are fun and challenging. As you progress, the devs throw in lil monsters or new obstacles to overcome. I've never had to purchase anything either. There are many opportunities to win free boosters etc in contests or by watching vids. You'll not be disappointed by this game.

I have played this game for years now and it is one of the best games around until recently. It offered many opportunities to earn alot of extras (jewels, hours of play, rewards in the treasure chests, etc.). The extras have been greatly reduced. I enjoy this game alot more than others like it because it doesn't take as long to achieve levels. When you have to struggle to win games, it is not fun. If the game continues to take the incentives away, I might be done with it.
