App has good UI and works as expected for the most part. Profile matching works very well, and have been happy with the proposals we got through this site. App has more restrictions on navigation than the website, which is annoying. You cannot look at all the interests received without accepting or declining each one of them. And I was not able to complete the signup process from the app due to a weird error. I had to finish the Signup from website.

Can't do anything without premium. You can see potential matches and send them a like but once you match, you cannot see their messages or message them back without a premium subscription. The user interface also isn't very intuitive compared to other dating apps. It's confusing to see "my matches", "new", and other tabs when "my matches" don't actually mean that they matched you, they're just options within your filter. I deleted this app after an hour of downloading. Reply: Obviously.

Filled with either fake or non serious profiles. Got a premium plan and sent over 100 invites with whom I match 100% of their preferences with as low as 5 and as high as 15 preferences set by them. Not a single accept. Their 30-day match guarantee is also fake and they will find some way to decline the claim. I'm glad I lost only 3 months of money. App UI is terrible. There are so many basic features missing. Eg rearranging of photos. They asked to delete all photos and upload in desired order.

Too many paid restrictions, can't message anyone which should be a bear minimum, what's the point of showing matches or someone's messaged when you can't even message back to interact. There are better apps out their where I have had a much better experience, have connected, messaged, spoken, swapped numbers and then met, this app is an absolute joke, only here to make money and that's it. Won't be coming back, that's for sure.

Absolutely horrible experience. Have had over 200 matches in last 1 and half year. 150+ profiles accepted my request and 50+ profiles, I accepted. I can assure you 95% of the profiles do not even reply. Half the profiles numbers are not visible that's fine, but they simply do not reply even in Shaadi chat,WhatsApp etc. 1 or 2 happening like that is understandable but it's almost with every profile This just goes on to tell me that the profiles are here for timepass, fake & uninterested

very bad experience untill you did not opt their membership they call you again and again but once you go with membership plan they won't call you even they wouldn't help to midify or to tell how to correct use the application. Irrelevant matches is showing again and again and same profiles are showing even the team members call you for upgrade membership but no irrelevant mathches will be provided. very very disappointing service
