Supposed to make refueling easy, but app load time can be long, slowing down the whole refueling process. Needing to scroll down at homepage to reach the "Pay for Fuel" button means the homepage is full of unnecessary clutter (ads are too big and "in your face"). Refueling limit of RM200 each time makes users who use more expensive fuels or have cars with bigger fuel tanks needing to repeat the whole payment process on their phone, which is NOT convenient at all. Please fix all these issues

the most useless app ever. after them getting all my details for registration, I can't ever use it. not even once. so no loyalty point accrued for the past week, only getting pointless ads urging me to use the app for the first time to pay for fuel, which can't be done because this app just doesn't work. please delete all my personal data. and I am going to flag this app as inappropriate.

The rewards section is a scam, I availed Swiggy voucher codes earlier and couldn't avail it; thought it's a one off glitch and didn't pay much attention. Now I got a PVR one and that too has no means of redemption, you can't avail the codes it gives but they take your accumulated points gladly. Update: Stopped using the app, came back to see if anything is different but now I'm not even getting the OTP to log back in. I'm forever done with this app.

Shell Gasoline Stations doesn't accept GO+ cards anymore, and they want to use only the app that requires data to open, if you don't have a data you can't earn points because you can't open the app.. and my old account doesn't transfer to this new app yet.. so the earned points is loss..

The rewards or offers do not list the latest upon starting the app. It takes time to sync. It's too slow as I have checked the offers to be activate. But the generated QR code do not include these offers because, after the system sync for the newest offers, all selecred offers were wiped cleaned. Resulting in vouchers not selected and user paid more..

I like Shell’s services, but the mobile app is very disappointing. As a two-wheeler user, it takes me a long time to earn points, and they keep expiring every month before I can redeem them. This makes the rewards program feel useless and discourages me from using the app at all. Shell should really extend point validity or make it fairer for two-wheeler users.
