Initially I found this app very useful. But now, for the past few months, all shipments I had sent to my customers had weight discrepencies. Shocking part is they charged approximately Rs. 60/- for a mere 20gms which according to them was excess weight than the actual one. I raised a ticket but still money was deducted from the wallet. After this it happened to me again. Now I am looking for alternative to Shiprocket.

Instead, they ask you to go to the website, where the rates are 3x higher than what was shown on the app. Since your money is already stuck in their wallet, you're forced to pay the extra amount. They never deliver the product on time, and after several days they simply return it as RTO (Return to Origin) — even when it’s a prepared and confirmed order. This is one of the worst delivery companies I’ve used. They also charge extra fees and claim that if a courier delay happens, they will refund, but in reality, they never do it. Their customer support is unhelpful and gives false promises instead of real solutions. Totally unreliable service for sellers and customers both.

Extremely disappointed with shiprocket. My parcel was RTO’d after failed delivery attempts, and after multiple follow-ups, they returned someone else’s parcel to me! This isn’t the first time—such careless handling has happened multiple times. On top of that, their charges are too high for such poor service. Totally unreliable, especially for small businesses. Please fix your process. Would not recommend. if you wanna save time, money and customer trust.
