Program Guidelines: Before beginning your training, start with a fitness test to determine your maximum number of pull-ups in a single set. Maintain a regular rest schedule and a balanced diet for optimal results.

For example, if you can perform 10 pull-ups, choose a program that targets 9 to 11 repetitions. Remember to rest for 2 days after the initial test to allow for recovery. This program is designed to help you achieve a maximum of 50 pull-ups. While it requires effort, this goal is very achievable with our app, which simplifies your workout routine.

Most individuals can perform fewer than 10 pull-ups, and very few can do more than 15. With our training program, you'll be able to increase your pull-up count. too cheap. and the app is mega cool. I recommend it to all my friends. I would pay $5 for sure and maybe even $10. Pretty sure about US, Switzerland, EU, UK, Japan and etc. How to improve leaderboard: we don't need this 10k list. every week there should be a list of 20 people (active users will be populated in the week leagues) of the same level and the list will show only one week summ. And only with 1 day pause. So that the competition will motivate you not to skip trainings like in duolingo

No way to view where you are in the program. I like the warm up and after workout stretching, but what's really missing is the ability to see where you are once you start the program. Also, many other apps like this present a calendar view to display your pass workouts, to mark days that you have exercised.

Stick to it to the best you can and you will see improvement. I went from 0 to 9 in just a couple of weeks. Barely consistent. All my life, I could not do any. Dont get me wrong. Its very hard at first, especially if you've never had back or arm muscles... however, I am doing an everyday the arm and chest workout app in conjunction...so I guess pick up one of those too.

Good useful app. Needs improvements. Please allow editing,deleting on history and or ability to add extra onto a workout, also would be much better if all the days training was added together on the same day as opposed to logging seperately for say a test and a workout, looks messy

I think that this is a perfect app but I really want the function of deleting some days from history. Because at the start I used second program which counts pulldowns (not pullups). Because of this app thinks that I did more pullups than I actually done. Please add this function or fix counting real pull-ups.
