Do you want to be able to do 100 push-ups? Sounds impossible but it can be done. YOU can do it!
The workout course of 100 push-ups Be Stronger is your personal fitness coach for push ups. If you start training on this program you can push-ups 100 times in a row in 6-10 weeks. It's not so difficult as it can seems. It will be necessary just to do the appropriate workouts.
★The workouts are split on 11 programs depending on your sport training. Just choose the right program for you. We recommend to use it in complex with the program from Be Stronger cycle. Combining all programs from the cycle (50 pull-ups, 300 sit ups, 300 squats) you will get a strong and healthy body in record time.

Program rules: before start workout pass the test. The aim of the test is to determine maximum number of push-ups that you can do in a row. Then based on the test result chose the program and start workout. Press the button after each approach to show the timer for rest (you can rest in a recommended time or change it according to your feelings). Follow the mode of rest and proper nutrition.
Example: in the test you did 43 push-ups. Choose from the list 41-45 times program. Do not forget to have 2 days rest after test for recovering. If you have suggestions or desires for our applications write to us using the email address which you can find in the contacts.
There is an advertising in the application, you can turn it off using in app purchases.

App doesn't take "ME" into account. I could do about 25 reps in one go, or about 45 over multiple sets with short breaks. So it asked me "how many can you do?" I enter "25" and it suggest a training for 72 total. I made it to 49, after which it told me to wait 48 hours and try again. I tried that before and that doesn't help me. I would like to see an app that adjusts based on what I CAN do, so that when I don't make the set, it adjusts accordingly. I could drop down a few tiers and see if that works, but if the training progresses at a different rate than I do, it will be no good. Nicely made, but not what I'm looking for.

Hey developers, are you gone insane? I love the app & have been using it for years. It's good that you are working on upgradation the app. But let me tell you that doesn't give you the liberty to delete all our hard earned data. Firstly, you couldn't carry forward the past data in the new app, Secondly, you made a provision to enter SC code from the previous version. This app automatically got upgraded to new version. NOw from where the hell can I get the previous version. This is ridiculou

Very happy with my training so far after 2 weeks. I've gone from initially doing 12 to 25 press-ups following the first training cycle. The difficulty seems to increase at a pace that's about right for me so far. A bit of a challenge but certainly not impossible. It's not the most polished UI and some of the English could do with a little attention but it delivers where it matters - the results!

This app doesn't count push-ups correctly; It only counts the sets as whole, not the reps. So if you complete, for example, 2 sets and half the third set, it only counts the first two! huge mistake! We're talking push-ups here and doing a few more than what you did yesterday, even if you didn't complete a full set, is an improvement that can't be ignored! Luckily I have a pen and a paper! And seriously, add a pause button to the warm-ups part so that we can have time to read the instructions!

I've used this app on an off for a few years and always like it. I did an upgrade in Oct 2023 to the new version and unfortunately lost all my workout history which was disappointing. However, I sent a message to support and within a few hours they helped me to recover and import all my old app history into the new version which totally exceeded my expectations. Absolutely great support! I've now installed the premium version in support of what they do 🙂

Well designed training including warm up and stretches either side of gradual raising of effort to reach the goal. Some minor frustrations. If you fail to complete a session it skips the stretches, and you can't get back to them without pretending to do the next training. It is too easy to skip a warm up exercise by picking the phone up wrong. The warm ups with a timer can start straight away - no way to pause or restart. Otherwise a nice app that has encouraged me to persevere regularly.
