Went above and beyond to fix my problem. Is it a perfect service? No, none are. But every time I have reached out, their help desk has responded within one or two minutes. And this time it was not an easy fix. Over the course of three or four days, I had several different people from the help desk working on fixing this issue (meanwhile, my phone was working fine, it was just not showing caller id for inco.ing calls). They stayed with me until the solution was found. That means alot.

I love this app. I have used it for almost 10 years. when it was free even. ow having to pay a monthly subscription. I can log in on any device and all my texts and calls will come to that device. it has a search option and it will search thru all ur conversations. I also can pull up any conversation I've had the past 10 years. this is a great 2nd number app. I've used other apps like text now and burner phone this app is like using a carrier quality. those apps don't compare to sidelines.

False Advertising: This app requires you to pay for a second phone number. It does not even give you a free trial period (you must pay $4.00 for the first month) where faulty wording tries to convince users it is a "free trial." I almost purchased this junk before I luckily saw that it requires for you to be charged in order to keep your number after selecting it. DO NOT SUPPORT!!!

The app works good. My one issue is, the app constantly requests my contact list. However, the reason people want a Sideline number is for business associates or one-time calls. Basically it is for people you don't want to give out your real number to. Family and friends are going to have your real mobile number. So why would I want my contact list on the app? Adding your contacts should be optional, or there should be a completely separate contact list within the app.

I like that I could get a number with my biz name in it. Better function after initial confusion. All functions seem to be ok now except not receiving short codes for verifications. I have not been able to receive a call for going on 2 months now. I have noticed in the last week that I CANNOT PLACE A CALL. I have not been able to get adequate feedback OR assistance. I am cancelling Sideline and requesting a refund..

I gave this app a real good try. I wanted to love it so much but it let me down time and time again. The line wouldnt ring, I would be prompted days later with multiple missed calls and voicemails - it was a disaster. The one good thing is that when I asked for a full refund of my 6 month payment, they didn't argue or fight me, they just refunded me and cancelled the account. Extra star for good customer service on the way out.
