Disgusting service, From last 2 days You are showing a Banner 'Billbox is temporarily Unavailable '. After sending multiple emails and tickets from yesterday, there is nothing Changed. I didn't see this kind of Casualty ever from any platform. Even After checking this Comment you'll say, Our IT team is Working hard, and will resolve it quickly. Useless they are closing the ticket without any resolution and information. Seriously you guys don't care about your Customer. Frustrating!

Surprisingly, this was a very good app. But then something good had to be ruined by the team, or I don't know what the issue is. All payments were paid on time, with no pending amounts. The credit line increased to 3k, and then suddenly, out of the blue, from last month, I am unable to use Simpl. I mostly used it for food orders. I have emailed about this issue, but there was no proper response. Hence, if I don't get a response this week, then unfortunately, it's better you guys delete our prof.

Simpl used to be my go to app for all recharge etc work but it's been almost a month or more since they have stopped billbox. I am aware of RBI issue as read in news but there is always a deadline to get things sorted. atleast they could have informed their customers like us. Now all of a sudden, they stopped and to make things work, their customer service also don't work. I am afraid the way they are dealing things will only lose their customers more and more. I will no longer will be using it

I have had a very good experience with simpl. almost always I paid the dues timely. I'm nowadays getting alerts to do the recharges in the billbox. But unable to use simpl. Showing as some technical error. It's been a week I have raised request but the customer service is not at all good. I would have given 5star rating but due to poor customer support I'm giving 2 now. Their customer care number is also not available. Still my limit available but unable to use. I am very much disappointed.

I was using Simpl Pay Later app for more than 5 years. It was good before, but in September 2025 I faced a problem. I had already paid all my bills and my outstanding was zero. Still Simpl asked me to pay ₹1076 more. Because I trusted Simpl, I made the payment. Later when I checked, I saw there was no pending amount. After that I heard Simpl has stopped their service. Very bad experience after using it for so many years.
