Cannot retrieve my bill and balance data usage, the app totally not function. Tried to uninstall and install again but also no use! Experience this few months still not settled. No customer service can be found, only AI keep repeat the same answer, useless!

You sent me a SMS and email regarding bill payment, just to show me $0.00. What the hell do you want? You think I'm as free as you to have time for stupid games? It's either there's a god damn bill, or there is none. Make up your mind. Don't tell me I have to wait for X amount of time after receiving the notifications, because that will only show your incompetency of getting your system aligned. Come to think of it, when was Singtel competent in the first place?

unable to view data usage.. it keeps loading and loading forever while the call and sms usage can be viewed. data usage loads sometime only. is it like any particular timing only can view data usage? why is it not available all the time? it used to work fine. recently after the past few updates only it became miserable 😖

Cannot retrieve a bill for a few days. UPD: I deleted and reinstalled the app twice, it doesn't help. Singtel Support commented that I use the WA bot from their website. This bot suggests that I access the bills on the website, meanwhile on the website they say that I should download the app to retrieve my bills. To sum up, I still cannot do that. Visited two Singtel shops, and nobody told me when the problem will be solved. They suggested using the same bot in WhatsApp which is 99% useless.

seriously useless app. After all these years, the app still doesn't display a contract end date for the services I have and the app just directs you to a webpage which requires you to sign in again. So what good is the app if I can't perform actions on it. might as well use webpage instead then. waste of resources to maintain and build it.

been unable to login to my account for 1 month. Keep asking me to reset password yet the OTP cannot be send through to my phone. simply cannot believe such service from a top Telco. I do not know what I am paying since I cannot login to see my bill. Disappointing
