The world has Dynamic day and night with different weather effects. The faster you get people to the hospital, the more money you earn.
The way you use the money is up to you, personalize the ambulance or upgrade the lifesupport in it. Upgrading the lifesupport keeps the patients stable for longer, giving you more time to get them to the hospital. You can also use the money to purchase different ambulances.There are also a lot of customisation options for the Ambulances, including paints and acessories.
There are many control options, that you can find in the menu, also different gearbox options.

The games from this developer are decent for being free,has ads but they're not intrusive, they don't pop up when you're driving and they don't interrupt gameplay. My biggest issue is that data isn't saved very well and there's no data recovery setting, so if you uninstall the game and reinstall it again later, you lose all your progress and have to restart.

I love the gameplay and graphics. However, I uninstalled and reinstalled this app over time due to a major phone problem. I have a Google pixel 2 and my controls are completely missing!!! I can drive, reverse, or turn! The controls aren't even there!!! I don't know if it's my phone or not. But I'd be grateful if I could actually play. Thanks!!!!!! (I'll bring this up to a 4-5 after the solution is given =3)

This is a very enjoyable game and not lazy to play too. I like this game. There are some problems too. The major problem is; the barriers on both sides of the road crossing are disturbed the speed of the ambulance & these make my vehicle overturned, so, I have to pay many times when it overturnes to take to the right way. Other one is; when the vehicle is stopped, again it takes a short time to reach its normal speed. Anyway, other things are good. Thanks for creating such a nice game.👌👌👌

Love the game. Is it possible to get multi- stage beacons like in your fighter game. I can't wait for future updates. Edit: bumping down to 2 stars. Haven't had an update in a while, but still a fun game. Some of the major issues still persist. Better handling lines, siren customization, better audio in general, and overall repetitiveness.

I think it's a good game, but some of the things in it are so strange. First of all the drivers of the other cars are terebul, the speed, sometimes when go up a hill the fly but hit the road with the front wheels, then they go into the road! No joke I'm ligit. You don't know when there coming and the mini vans indercate right all the time! The graphics are outstanding but I can't say there the best!

I absolutely love the game ,it's a very good game,I just wish there could be abot more customization,somethings I would like to be added are a red light bar and emergency light package, more customization in paints and the ability to add text to the side of the ambulance, more siren tones and as a south african I would love it if you could add a 'toyata hiace' type ambulance. Thank for the great game.
