it keeps playing songs that aren't even on my playlist, why is it playing random songs I've never even heard of, I've been using this app for a long time many years and I've never encountered this issue where random songs pop up. the only solution I've found is to turn off auto online and go offline.

this app will suddenly stop the music because it has to go online for authentication every few days, never understand why I paid monthly but need to authenticate in less than a week interval

I have been using this for over 8 years and the latest update was such a disappointing experience. There are occasions that the songs won't go to the next song and I have to manually press "Next" or else it just keeps repeating the same song. An error message keeps popping up saying "Oh-oh! There has been a glitch. If the problem persists, we recommend playing your offline songs for now." This problem has been persisting almost a month, I recommend you fix it. It's ridiculous.

I like the selection of music, but the app is really bad and lacking basic functionality. - no way to queue up a song, i.e. "play next" - no way to add an artist to Favourites, to see the artists you follow you have to click through your account settings -reccomendation system is terrible, it just suggests songs from the same album you were already listening to -interface is awkward and always pushing the "top hits" I've been a subscriber for over a year but I think I might be done.

Song selection is limited but sufficient. One of the latest update got rid of the stop button on the widget now the app is pervasive and downright annoying. It keeps trying to play music when I have any Bluetooth device (that is capable of playing music) connected. Don't know why this happened. Only able to close after I forced closed it twice. Pervasive and annoying.

It's super annoying that the app can't play the next song properly after updating the latest version. It says it's either a connection problem or asking you to listen to offline songs. This happened months ago and it is happening again. You have to press next in order to listen to the next song. I've been using KKBOX for like 10 years and nothing like this have ever happened. Now it's happening so frequently that I am considering switching to another player. Please fix it.
