This game is SOO much fun and addicting. However, once you get to a certain point, you basically HAVE to spend money to advance. I'd give it a full five stars if I wasn't so disappointed that free play isn't possible after so many levels. And it's not like a dollar here or there... gems/coins don't get you very far in terms of upgrades, I could easily spend $5-10 to simply advance to the next level, and the payout isn't sufficient. If you have disposable income, it's a fun game.

They did the same thing with this one as they did the first version, made it so that in a VERY short amount of time, if you want to advance past level 40 (which you get to quickly) you have to fork out real money. I guess because there's no ads. Endless mode on the very first level is almost impossible to beat unless you have a ton of boosts. Really only worth playing until level 40. They should have an option to purchase the app to not have to put up with that.

It is a good idea for a game, but the levels get too difficult too fast. This game wants your money. The money to level ratio is very uneven, and there is far too many tasks to be fun. It literally feels like you're at a poor work place and it stresses you out. It's hard to advance after the first hospital. I wouldn't recommend the waste of time on this app. It's not fun, it's stressful. Let me point out that I have made 2- 1.99 purchases to help and Im still stuck because of tasks VS time.

There is "Hard" levels then there are ridiculous levels! I was at level 38 before I gave up & deleted the game. The specified time frame is too short, I've had to tap an object more then two or three times JUST to get it acknowledged! And the so called "fast/speed up" feature only last a few seconds when it should last for the rest of the duration of the game!!!! Wouldn't recommend and will NOT be playing again

It was a fun, challenging game until it wasn't. Got stuck on level 444, purchased a golden ticket that gave me enough coins to upgrade a bunch of things and I still can't pass the level. Also went from 8 free gifts per day to 4. Sad that apparently I got to the level that you had to pay to pass each additional level... The coins earn by passing a level are no where near what you need to pass the next level.

Should be able to beat the levels without using the power ups. The higher level you are, the harder it gets to beat the level without the power ups. It's annoying and I'm not paying money for a basic dash game. First 20 levels are fun, but the further you are, the less money you get for upgrades, unless you use power ups for each level. It's not a horrible game, but not the greatest either.
