About this app
Prayer Times is an application that provides prayer times for the Muslim user and the direction of Qibla in all regions of the world once he set his location by GPS satellites, the application supports most of the calculations methods around the world.
The application contains many additional features, namely:
1- Qibla direction: Determine the direction of Qibla from any place around the world.
2- Islamic events: A calendar of the most important Islamic events with the possibility of notification.
3- Adhan: Adhan alert for all obligatory prayers with the ability to allocate the call to prayer for each time.
4- Monthly Calendar: The ability to display times for a full month.
5- Prayer Duaas: Prayer Duaas and duaas of days.
The Adhan alarm by default is deactivated. You can activate the Adhan from the Settings screen by placing a checkmark in front of activating alerts. And to get the sound, select it from the Adhan playlist. The application supports all Islamic sects, Shiites, and Sunnis. Ishaa and Asr prayer time will appear and disappear according to the sect.

Excellent app for prayer times for Muslims of all sects, and also has a calendar of historical events connected to your sect of choice. A compass to find the direction of the qibla is also included. Supposedly, one can download adhaan from various sources, but I am doing something wrong as I have not been able to use this feature. There is a small glitch when clocks change for summer and winter times. The app applies the change from the Monday after, not on the Sunday of the change.

My man this app was working great in the previous version we were able to get sound notification but now only notification comes on the screen no sound please do something about this. It will turn out to be very helpfull for people whom need to know the time for the prayer while their device is in another room . The sound helps to know the time of the prayer. Please fix this bug. Sometimes it works but sometimes it does not. But when it does the sound comes not synced to the time of the prayer.

I have been using prayer times app for a long time. With the revised version there is a problem with Azan as it doesn't start by itself as was the case with the old version and also Azan stops halfway at times. Please can I be guided if I am not doing something right with the settings. Jazak'Allah

Great app but used to be better. Now, every time I open, it demands to be immune from Android power management (no thanks) but fails to provide a "don't ask me again" option. It also constantly connects to some server many times per day, for what? Five stars are for the previous versions before about 2 years ago. Since then, I'm afraid to update because every time it gets worse.

Update 4 star: It has still the best and most professional features. Main advantage is having different methods of calculation. But I reduced one star after 6 years because it is not updated as Android updates. One of its features is disrupted with each new Android version! This includes: No longer mp3 as azan and more... Original 5 star in 2014: It lets you add your favorite azan as mp3, and choose the method for calculating prayer times. It gives good flexibility for free. loved it.

Salam, Thanks a lot, for this fantastic Prayer Times App and I really appreciate your efforts developing it; I depend on it especially when I travel around and all are excellent, however, with the latest update in July 2021, the App started to behave abnormal, it alert for athan in a wrong time which is not appropriate particularly if you are fasting, or having a short break to pray... Kindly put some extra effort to fix these small issues... Your app is important
