USELESS APP! I spent a lot of time and effort snapping receipts everyday and playing those coins to get 1 or 2 cents in every 10 or so spins. I've been spinning for more than a year and only got 34 pesos. And now they set 2200 Pesos as minimum amount to cash out!!! That, right there is definitely a waste of time and effoŕt! I still got tons of coins to play but I'm out. Don't be fooled, uninstall this app and it's eating gigabytes of space on your phone! It's NOT WORTH IT!

The new currency is so annoying! You played the snaptastic then always receives a lower coins until u can't spin anymore. No matter how many receipts you snapped there's a very small chance to win a cashback. Its a waste of time and data! I decided not to snap receipt anymore since my cashback not increase since they change the currency. 👎 Hope u will change to the previous currency. Thanks!

The switch from cashback to coins is not worth it. I'd play 500 coins in snaptastic to get lower coins amount. This might be a total wast of time, eventually. Legit paying app. However, it was not designed to consider possible increase in household grocery expense. When a member of the family becomes employed and does his/her own grocery shopping, this is an increase in the amount spent for grocery items. Apparently, the "automated detection system" tags it as irregular shopping behaviour.

The app announced it's accepting official receipts from all establishments, but a lot keeps getting rejected because it is "not from a grocery, pharmacy or department store". Since the update you've been a mess. Coins are frankly useless. Is there a way you can convert a certain amount to cash? Never won cashback in your snaptastic game, just keep losing coins. I've worked hard and spent a lot of time and money to reach the 1.5x level but all gone to waste because of the sudden change in policy.

My status is always delayed/not updated. I always get the answer from the support team that they have technical difficulties. It just happens all the time. They should have been able to fix this already. I have encountered this multiple times last year and this year. Just disappointing. I could have earned my points up but didn't. Great job on their latest update where you can snap other receipts as well other than those bought from the groceries bec I have tons of receipts from diff stores!!!

It was way better before. Each receipt is detected properly by the system and duplicates are not accepted. But it's not the case now. I tested it with a mere paper and I still get points. Plus, there seems to be an error with the Spin Price. It says 10x spin costs 50000, but each spin is just 500. Doing the math, should it just be 5000? I tried to reach out to support like I did before but the upper right hand support icon seems no longer functional.
