The "Your Order..." banner at the bottom of the screen blocks the options/buttons for quantity of an item as well as the button to add an item to your cart. You can't complete an order if that banner blocks you from adding anything. It's an obvious app programming glitch. Please fix it so I can place an order! Also, half the time if you accidentally tap any "reward" or promo for $$ off, you might be offered ahead of time but then don't immediately follow through with an order... it disappears!

This app does not function. No matter how good my service or wifi is, I am unable to place orders. First I can't get it to actually respond to my selections, it loads slower than anything, and then I finally manage to get my order together only for it to say there is an issue with my order and to try again or try another store. This happens for every location in my area, at all hours of the day. I have rewards I can't use because the app won't let me use them.

I ordered through the app and it was simple and great! I get on the app the next day again to look at the rewards and I was signed out even though I checked the box that said "Keep me signed in". I tried to re-login but it told me that I needed to reset my password in red text. I tried to reset my password but the system wouldn't send me any E-mail or give me any other option. The app by itself is good but only if you can even access it.

I wanna start by saying I love the app. I would love it if the Zalad page had an option to add additional chicken fingers. Every time I order, I have to call in and trust that someone will remember. I feel like if we could add additional chicken fingers on the same page as the zalad options, it would enable clear communication with the kitchen staff and make things easier for the consumer. I don't think I would have any complaints if this was added. The rest of the app is very easy to use.

Woah! That's a load of barnacles! Two orders? in more than 24 hours? Really? "Woah! That's a lot of scanning!" is a reasonable response to me trying to get points for my sister's and my own order? When I payed for both? Seriously? I'm sorry, I had no idea how difficult it might be to part with 1.5 french fries worth of rewards points. I'll never make the mistake again, your majesty.

We love Zaxbys and eat there frequently, however the window for claiming rewards is lacking compared to other food apps. If you don't claim your rewards points from your receipt within 48 hours you lose those rewards. I would like to suggest moving that up to 5 days or maybe even 7. I typically don't scan at the counter but add my points from my receipt and there have been several times that I have missed receiving points due to the 48 hour window being passed.
