Extremely janky to set up, but, once it works, it works with no issues! DONT trust this app to work on the first day of signing up. It kept putting me in a different country, so I couldn't even pay. And after I pay, it took a while to know that I'm subscribed. My friend's account took a day. DONT sign up with one Apple account and pay with a different one. It'll glitch the account on non-Apple devices. Customer Service: SUPERB. 10/10. Extremely quick responses and try their best to be helpful.

The only way I can get live tennis in Australia. But this app just hits with ads constantly. The ads are all just for Bein Sports, which I clearly already have, so they're pointless. But they generally crash the app half the time it tries to load them up, so trying to watch a match is a constant battle of re-entering the app every change of ends.

The worst streaming app by far. I'm subscribed to all the apps that show tennis matches because, for some reason, each app has rights to certain tournaments, and for Masters level this is the one. Casting is awful, multiple interruptions with service failing completely more often than it is acceptable. The app is painfully slow. If I had another choice, I would delete Bein Sports immediately. an absolute insult of a service.

i don't know why, but the last 2 months the app didn't work at my tv at home nor the office. did email correspondence with them for a month but all of the advise/instructions to restore the app are all failures. it works just fine in my phone but i need it on my TV! too bad because they have some good program but yeah the app is useless so goodbye Bein subscription, i wish you make a better app but that won't happen anytime soon . a month subscription for nothing, very very very dissapointing.

The worst, they dont show replays of wrexham games you subscribed to watch. Cant use any features once you start a match if casting to a TV so you have to watch the whole game from start to finish. If you stop the game you have to start the whole game again. Make it impossible to cancel. Don’t respond to emails. Don’t waste your time and money

Great experience! The app is very easy to use and watched the sports very clear, occasionally you would have a small glitch while watching it live but simply go back and press watch live again: no big deal honestly. Variety of all sports and worth it if you love your sports! Remember to cancel your subscription (must be done on laptop) before you delete account). Yes i recommend Beinsports😎
