Ripoff,been waiting for a driver for 30 mins when I cancelled got charged the whole amount and not the cancellation fee only . I called customer support they said they dont speak English and they will call me back to have someone talk to me in English and they never did. In addition, they don't have enough coverage, meaning if you open the app in many areas you will not see yellow cab available. If there's less than one star I give due to the customer service received from them.Very disappointed

Simmilar to Uber but taxi service only. The taxi driver get to choose to pick your request or not. The app doesn't show final price at the end of the trip - confusing. Also, failed to process credit card i have added to the app. The taxi driver able to communicate with you through the app and request higher fee then app estimate. You can cancel your trip with this driver, but difficult to find cancel button. Then order a different ride.I like that i could leave a feedback on each driver.

If you think that it works like any other Uber kind of app then you are wrong. Drivers are manually change the pricing and you end up paying 3 times more. Plus they steal your bag and a card details. On the top of everything support won't talk to you on the phone, especially in English. Local police knows about it and does nothing. Beware. It's a scam!

It's totally a scam. When we get into car, the taxi meter was already 700 Lira, when we asked driver it should be zero. He said that we should change settings in the app. Since he couldn't speak English, we didn't understand what he said, but how it's possible that the default settings in an app be in a way that after 5 minutes walking to get into car the cost be 700 Lira. I will never use it again.

Got scammed on my first ride: driver manipulated the meter, charged 2,149 TRY instead of ~1,700 TRY (hotel staff confirmed that it was a scam), and drove dangerously. Payment with 3 cards failed (had to pay by cash eventually), and I couldn’t even report it because the feedback system is broken. This app does not protect riders - use with caution!

When I logged in Using a tourist sim, somebody had used the same number before, so I logged into their account, now I can see/use their card details (not that I plan to) you need to have some 2 factor authentication on accounts, just using phone number is exposing people to massive risk.
