1Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and the operator of apkapps.com ("APKApps", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing the Site, registering an account, downloading any file, or submitting any content, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your jurisdiction) to use the Site, and at least 18 to register an account or submit content. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you in your country of residence and any country from which you access the Site.

3The service

APKApps is an information and discovery platform that catalogs Android apps and APK files. Some listings are curated; others are part of an open archive with limited metadata. The Site, its features, content, and availability may change at any time without notice.

APKApps does not develop, publish, or sell the apps it catalogs. App names, package names, logos, screenshots, and descriptions remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are referenced under nominative fair use.

4Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• You may not share, sell, transfer, or sublicense your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk.

5Your content & submissions

"User Content" means anything you submit to APKApps — including app submissions, APK files, metadata, descriptions, comments, and messages.

Your representations

• You own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content.
• The User Content does not infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• The User Content does not contain malware, exploits, or other harmful code (other than for legitimate, clearly-disclosed security research).
• The User Content complies with all applicable laws.

License you grant us

You grant APKApps a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, copy, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes such as transcoding or thumbnailing), distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise use the User Content for the purpose of operating, providing, securing, improving, and promoting the Site, including in derivative works such as listings, archive entries, search indices, and previews.

This license survives termination to the extent reasonably necessary for backups, legal compliance, anti-abuse, and continued operation of dependent features (e.g. archive integrity).

6Prohibited use

You agree not to, and not to permit anyone else to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Submit malware, ransomware, spyware, exploits, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without our written permission.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Site or its infrastructure.
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access or collect content (except for lawful indexing by major search engines that respect robots.txt).
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the Site (except where this restriction is prohibited by law).
• Resell, repackage, or commercially exploit the Site or any of its content without our prior written consent.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

7Moderation, removal & account action

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, remove, modify, hide, restrict, decline to publish, downrank, or refuse to host any User Content or listing, and suspend or terminate any account, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Suspected violation of these Terms or applicable law.
• Suspected malware, deception, infringement, or abuse.
• Receipt of a valid legal request, takedown notice, or rights-holder complaint.
• Operational, security, performance, or business reasons.

We have no obligation to host or display any User Content and may impose limits on submission frequency, file size, or feature usage.

8Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, code, layout, branding, and original editorial content, is owned by APKApps and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Site.

Third-party app names, logos, screenshots, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. APKApps claims no ownership over them. References on the Site are made under nominative fair use to identify and describe the apps in question.

9Copyright & DMCA

APKApps respects intellectual-property rights and complies with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and equivalent laws. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please file a takedown via our DMCA page.

We may, at our discretion and in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users we determine to be repeat infringers.

10APK downloads & user responsibility

APK files are made available for informational and personal use. You are solely responsible for deciding whether to download, install, or run any APK, and for ensuring that doing so complies with the laws of your jurisdiction and any third-party agreements you have with the app's developer or publisher.

Sideloading apps may carry security, privacy, compatibility, warranty, and legal risks. APKApps does not guarantee that any file is safe, current, complete, accurate, malware-free, lawful, or compatible with your device.

11Third-party links & services

The Site may include links to third-party websites, downloads, services, or developers. APKApps does not control them, does not endorse them, and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

12Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE, ALL CONTENT, ALL APK FILES, ALL METADATA, AND ALL FEATURES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APKAPPS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AVAILABILITY, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, AND THE ABSENCE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE.

No advice or information obtained from the Site creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

13Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APKAPPS, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, USE, OR DEVICE FUNCTIONALITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE, USER CONTENT, ANY APK FILE, ANY DOWNLOAD, OR THESE TERMS.

APKAPPS' AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID APKAPPS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions the limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless APKApps and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (e) any APK you submit, download, or install.

15Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, with or without cause and with or without notice, at any time. You may stop using the Site at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, indemnity, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms) will survive.

16Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, communicated through a notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which APKApps is operated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, and you submit to their exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

To the extent permitted by law, you and APKApps each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action.

18Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement: These Terms (together with our Privacy and Cookie policies) are the entire agreement between you and APKApps.
• Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the rest remains in effect.
• No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them freely.
• Force majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• Notices: We may give notice via the Site or to your registered email.
