really good game, been playing since it came out. some things have improved however, game crashes after a few battles. so I try to reboot the game it gets to about 45 percent on loading, then freezes. only other thing, I feel like it takes a long time to gain levels after awhile...but that could also be from crashing constantly and not getting enough time to battle. overall though I love the game. I hope we can get this fixed soon.

Update...Android works fine, but several tweeks to game play made me just stop playing. progression has slowed to a crawl...which for any game that's a rough balance so its not a critique just an observation, unit variety is ok, hero variety is through the roof but makes the game seem more like a MOBA. don't know what Bizzard is going for here, but it just turned me off. give it a shot though as it is a highly polished game with nice elements and constant events.

The general gameplay loop is a lot of fun. Collecting new units and combining them to make new strategies is great. However, the events and later stage's difficulty is far too high. The average player can not be tasked with coming up with a specific strategy for every single new encounter. Ultimately, feeling like I can't progress without substantial time investment led me to move on from this one. I definitely still recommend giving it a try if it interests you.

The crashing is really getting old. Freezes during loading screens, frequently crashes and restarts, come on. It's been long enough. Server disconnects in the middle of playing, etc. Also, for Raids, there should be an option to connect with players from other Guilds looking for a match. Often times you may be the only one in your clan online and can't participate.

I'm completely addicted to the game, but it keeps lagging and crashing. It makes crucial battles very frustrating. You can clear cache, reinstall, or whatever else Blizzard asks, but it won't fix the lag and crashes. It's the app, not the EVERYONE'S phone. There's no rankings, guild stuff is easy and boring. There's a lot of work that needs be done. But they need to fix the lags and crashes first. It's REALLY bad. I'm quitting the game until they fix it. Surprised Blizzard is letting this slide.

I played since launch. I enjoyed it enough to keep playing, but the load times were getting ridiculous. And the aboalute grind it becomes just wasn't bearable anymore. Even the $20 packs wouldn't level up a single character - it would just progress me towards the next level of a single character. Not worth it at all. Then they wanted a nearly 1GB update for a mobile game. I'm good. I can find much smaller games that load fast and are more fun.
