Driver took off on the destination without us, have screenshots to show this. He then marked no show 20 mins later when he was 10km away at the airport. Until you can contact the driver through the app, you will have these troubles, customer service didn't seem to care too much which makes me think this is common. Stick to Uber. Only plus is they are electric and you can book for set periods (if the pick you up)

The service is great, so are the driver and cars. But the app is pathetic and has multiple issues. 1. Places inside your serviceable region, we're unable to book cab to and from. 2. I was able to book cabs to my office and have the address saved as well and now it doesn't let me book, saying it's outside the serviceable region, while it's still the same location. I have logged multiple tickets on the application and the reps have told they're checking this, but no resolution even after 1 month.

Used to work like a charm at the start. But 4 out of 5 cabs that I book get cancelled at the last moment. And they don't even call or send you a message saying that that's happened. It's only when you open the App. I've been in such bad situations because I would've prebooked a cab only to have it cancelled when I need to leave. Would NOT recommend if you are in a hurry or need to get to the airport. Was really pinning for this service. Update: cancellations on express happens quite often.

I booked a cab thrice from the same location on three different days, the app showed 3 mins for the rider's arrival. I had to wait for over 20 mins and when I tried calling the rider he said he is on the way but actually didn't move. I wrote a complaint to the customer service but I think they have just recruited bots who say the same thing over and over again. Sometimes the bookings gets lost and if you cancel it deducts 50 rupees too. So, overall Uber it. They atleast charge less.

The service supposedly has options to rent a cab for a few hours, and do multiple stops. But, the terms and conditions are really silly. In a 4-hour package, the driver can cancel your trip if you don't start moving within 15-20 mins of scheduled time. Even though you're paying a fixed charge for the full duration. If you stop on the way somewhere, you need to resume your journey within 15 mins, else the driver can cancel the trip! So if you go to a market, you have only 15 mins to shop. Bizarre

It is giving me glitch today, says something went wrong when I go to book a city ride. Tried multiple times, then decided to logout and login, and I couldn't receive the otp, neither was the call option working. I need to book an urgent ride to NDLS railway station for 4:45am tomorrow morning, and have been trying since evening. It has now become frustrating especially as a female travelling alone I have always used only blusmart for travel at odd hours to airport and railway stations.
