You can also review your points balance, and receive great offers from within the app. Paying in-store? Easy to set up: Simply load your preferred payment card securely onto your phone - BPme supports Visa, MasterCard, American Express and BP Plus Fuel Cards with more payment types being added all the time.
Easy to use: Drive up, enter the pump number and confirm your payment method and how much you want to fill. Briefly wait for the pump to unlock before getting out of the car to fill up. When you have finished fuelling, you can get on your way.
Easy to keep track: Once you have filled up, your transaction summary will show in the app and VAT invoice will be emailed to you. You can also look up previous purchases in your transaction history.

Nothing but trouble with this app. it has been taking absolutely ages to open, to detect the filling station, even to scroll the home page. it's unusable as stands ... and then I opened it today to find out it had logged me out for no apparent reason after opening it yesterday. You can't sit at a pump playing with an app without advising the people in the queue behind you. BP is on a performance drive at the moment. Perhaps they should start with this?

Rubbish, both the app and website. A faff to login, what's wrong with just having a password instead of receiving an email with a login link. And I've been trying to redeem my points into vouchers for days now, and am constantly met with "error, refresh or try again later". I've tried contacting BPme, but received no response. I guess I'm just going to have to wave goodbye to my points, since it won't let me redeem them. Might as well stop collecting altogether. Nectar points were so much better

Having set the app up with fingerprint sign in, everytime I've tried to use it at the filling station I find it's logged me out and is asking for my login and password (which I can't remember and is the reason I set it up on fingerprint recognition). Sort the app or give people a card to use. It was far easier and convenient with Nectar. I don't have this issue with the Shell app which works fine. It's broken again. I give up!!

So far not impressed, I have only used Shell for the past decade and a half atleast. My local garage has now gone and changed to BP so I thought I would give it a go, and maybe it is time for a change. Now this is the most frustrating part, not all garages award the points, according to welcome break, they do not offer the points as they are a franchise, so don't waste your money. Never had this problem with shell, wondering if you'll get points like it's a lucky dip. Ridiculous.

Fix your app first then promote your products. Tried to redeem points for fuel at station without a chance either to pay or to use points. Asked the guy on the counter and he said that is never working.

Unfortunately the app/system struggles to communicate to unlock pumps most of the time, this is a brilliant feature so I'm super disappointed it's glitchy. Also the app logs you out a lot too.
