It's a required app to be able to print wirelessly to some Brother printers. The big problem is the performance. It can take a really long time just for the app to process documents before printing. It's so slow that it's impossible to print anything more than a few pages of documents because you'll be waiting a really long time for the "processing." In contrast, the iOS app doesn't have this issue. Really poor and strange behavior that never got fixed.

If I choose documents, I see the jpg file I want to print in the Downloads folder, but it won't let me select it. It's greyed out, but PDFs are not, so it's because of the file type. ...but If I choose Photo, it gives previews of every photo on my phone in some random order with no option to switch or select a directory so I can't find the thumbnail. Painful!. Ended up using the PC. How about making a nice way to select the file and THEN worry about what kind of file it is.

If I get to connect to my all-in-one print, it's my lucky day! This drives me crazy trying to connect to it. When you tinker around the app try NFC, it wont go back to the main landing page, it closes the app if you use the back button on your android device. A lot of bugs in this app. So difficult to connect, and if it does it takes a really long time! Really makes me want to consider another brand of printer/scanner/copier.

Bare minimum functions as far as i know, but one thing bugs the absolute mess out of me. Actually finding the image you want. Once you open Pictures, its just an unexplainable wreck, there will be pictures from a year ago at the most recent, no way to access certain folders of pictures, and good luck finding the actual picture you want printed. Sadly to my knowledge this is the only way to print things off my phone with this certain printer.

Basic app that did the job it said it did on first use. I print photos for work, and a few things I noticed: *the power to the printer needed to be on before the app seemed to be able to send. Minor inconvenience. *there was a fine print option I haven't seen on the computer...and it looks great! It just prints super dark. * the lack of in app tools to lighten up a picture was sad. At least I could crop. Loved the copy preview feature!

For several years, the app was slow and couldn't open massive pdfs, but still worked well and easily for the vast majority of what I needed to print, and even had print options the driver on my computer lacked for the same printer... Within the last month or so, the app has completely stopped working for me. Any pdf I load now, no matter the size or source, gives me an error that says "the file is in an unsupported format."
