Bykea is a useful app with plenty of features. However, the user interface is cluttered and difficult to navigate, and the ride booking prices are higher as compared to other apps. Improving the UI/UX design for better usability and making prices more competitive would greatly enhance the user experience. I appreciate your efforts and looking forward to future updates!

Complaint Regarding Mismatched Bike Number Plates Message: Dear Bykea Support Team, I have been using your service for almost one year. Most of the time, the service is good, but I have noticed a serious issue many times. The bike number plate shown in the app is different, and when the rider arrives, the bike is completely different from the one shown. I have also asked some riders why this happens, but no proper solution is given. This creates safety and trust issues for passengers

I hate this app so much. It collects data why? Yango and indrive does not collect data. it wont let me book rides without giving them location permission why is that even necessary if i can just add my location manually like how i do in the other apps?? edit after their reply: seems like they just gave me a copy pasted reply. the app is great but i hate that they dont give you any privacy options.

I have been a loyal customer of bykea for years but lately it's impossible to find a ride. The ride won't accept the rides no matter what. And after so many attempts you cancel the to try again to find a rider, you get blocked for 2 hours. Disappointment 101.

They also have a Bykea Store for online purchasing. This seems to be a fraud website. I ordered online a product worth of 12000 Rs prepaid through bank card but didn't receive any order confirmation. Somehow managed to contact the store and they said product isn't available 😤 and we'll search market for your required product. And eventually said k product isn't available in market. How can one sale a product which they don't have? Be cautious for any financial transactions through Bykea

Their car service is pathetic. Drivers are untrained. Fare calculation is misleading. Show different fare at start and very high fare at the end. 30% discount offer is fake and try to manipulate this offer. Even after discount often you have to pay more fare than other similar services like Indrive. Bykea car Not recommended at all.
