Issues in Bykea App. Dear Bykea Team, I would like to bring to your attention some issues in the Bykea app: 1. Sometimes, the displayed distance changes after confirming the ride, and the distance shown increases. 2. The app is very slow with maps. Even when the rider has already reached the location, the app still shows that the rider is away. Therefore, I inform the Bykea team to look into these issues and resolve them at the earliest. There is a issue in app , the notification shows in notification bar but when we open the app it never shows ride before the time completes it's 10 seconds and same for the no longer bookings it never disappears sudden it also takes 10 seconds timer to complete before disappearing. In this scenario other drivers accepts the ride and I missed the chance.

Bykea has been a waste of time for me. After 8 hours of work, I only earned 500 rupees in profit after fuel and commission deductions. In comparison, other apps offer 2000–2500 rupees for just 5–6 hours. With such low returns and high costs, Bykea simply isn’t worth the effort.

if you didn't low the commission I I'll make my app . less then 2% commission and all will be happy with this. people needs minimum price for everything so please make your commission less . or I I'll use another name app with same gui. I m waiting for your reply. and without ride completed you take commission 😞 this is not fair 😞 and refund too late or no refunds. so I m waiting.

It is a very good app and the customers are also good on it and there is no tension of cancellation. The problem is that you people have taken a three percent commission and along with that you people have also reduced the money on rent, so we We are having a little problem because the small amount of money for a long ride is not understandable. Please consider this a little and the fuel rate here is very high.

it good to have experience with people thr this from few weeks partners are having issue like system error please look in to this matter although nowdays there are too many such app like bykea otherwise people will be shifted to other app,bykea app are bonus less although others are supporting their partner by providing bonuses so they may stay and work hard and stay connected
