I never understand why Indonesian provider apps just love clutter and bloat, having annoying pop ups and features that nobody cares, and in fact slowing down the app itself. People just want to do 3 things. Check balance, top up pulsa, and buy data packet. Why can't it be that simple? Also, there's still no way to convert physical SIM to eSIM. What's the hold up? So much for "digital" provider. Those annoyances put a bad image for this provider, which imo actually offer decent good service

cheap? yes. but I can't make any normal phone call for a month and they go round about in helping. no solution. same timeline, requesting new sim card and couldn't fill number with pulsa. no transaction record on app, but already billed 100k. they said I need to provide transaction proof FREOM THEM but it's their App that was error. if you are okay with headache and long, very unsatisfying CS then go for this.

Extremely slow and laggy, what happened? it used to be the best and fastest provider in Indonesia. Now even Tri and Im3 is better at this point in my area, and don't get me started on the constantly annoying notification to turn on the location on my device every time I open the app or just simply want to buy a data package, it says so that they could found me a promo that is specifically on my area but it never have one so what's the point? It's time to move to a better provider

Hi, I’ve been using by.U since January 2020, so it’s been 5 years now with this number. For the connection, it’s quite okay, although sometimes a bit annoying, but so far still manageable. What bothers me is the app, it’s really slow and often errors right when it’s urgent, like when I need to buy a package, top-up credit, or during payment. Please improve it as much as possible! I really don’t want to keep switching providers. Changing numbers all the time feels like being on the run 🙂

Network is sometimes error after making a purchase. iy would be good if it had a notification if my data about to run out, so i know exactly when to make a purchase. aside from all of that the price is more affordable compared to other competitors, they also have a reward system. the ui is also really good 😊

Why is my monthly subscription always gone?!. that's happened a few times and I changed it several times with different packages and different prices(more expensive but why the internet access more slow?!) but the next month was gone again??!. that's kinda annoying. pls be consistent! I've used this provider since 6 or 7 yrs ago but since last year everything is a mess! don't disappoint ur customer or they'll run away!
