They don’t even bother to verify the dosage of medicines ordered. Sending the wrong dosage of medicines is highly irresponsible and can even turn out fatal if customers don’t double-check before consuming. Requesting a refund or replacement is another nightmare. Their customer care team keeps making multiple calls just for a single replacement request, wasting both time and energy. On top of that, the replacement process takes nearly 10 days.Overall, this app causes more stress than convenience.

If deliveries at night/long distance are NOT AVAILABLE, do tell before hand. My order was not delivered on time. I had to come take it, just to get medicine on time. To get the medicine, I had to travel long distance with my pain and then I got to take my meds. To top it off it shows delivery fee on invoice, which I'm told is not refundable, even when I came to get my own delivery.

worst to worst service ever. I'm totally disappointed with them. I have ordered the medicine since morning today but they didn't delivered it although the location is nearby only. I called several times to their customer care and back ans I get, they will schedule the delivery again. And the same I haven't got my medicine yet. They can't ever understand the emergency of someone. If they unable to give customer even a one good service then what's the purpose of this app and all. Please don't use.

Not at all proffessional. No timeline no seriousness, just harashment to customer. I had order a medicine which was prepaid and I got TAT of 3 days to get the medicine but even after 6 days I was struggling to get the medicine. Finally I had to cancel the order which they did very promptly. very useless app will suggest not to waste time.

Extremely poor service. The staff lacks basic customer communication skills. Medicines shown as available in the app are not actually in stock at the store. Data management is not proper. If you place an order based on the 'expected delivery within 2 hours' status, they will ignore your order, and it will end up being delivered after 2 days instead. Don't buy anything from them.

Delivery service is good. But It is very difficult to search medicines. Search interface needs improvement. Images should be provided for all medicines. Also one should be able to search by generic names too, not just brand names.
