This app use to be flawless, but now I don't ever receive notifications on the status of my packages delivery. This can be very frustrating when running a small business. I've tried clearing my cache, Uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but nothing fixed it. I never get notifications on any delivery status anymore. edit since my last 2023 review: still not receiving any push notifications regarding delivery status. This app is broken. please fix it.

We're now at a point where Canada Post doesn't announce when they go out on strike, meaning Canadian citizens can no longer actively rely on a crown corp to deliver their parcels/mail across the country or internationally. Their app was going strong the last couple years, their tracking had been solid and their ease of shipping/receiving parcels was one of the best things about Canada Post for a long time. Now their rates are up, their prices are higher; guess it's all about them now and not us.

Totally useless MyMail app. It’s supposed to show incoming mail to your postal box, but instead of real correspondence it only shows spam senders. Why?? Actual mail is marked as “unidentified,” which makes no sense at all. Unlike the USPS app, it doesn’t even show scanned images of letters. Support never responds. Looks like another Trudeau project to waste our federal tax money while giving Canadians nothing in return.

Canada Post Solutions 📫 is an important tool to have for your business if you're sending or receiving mail. It's so practical with all the options that they offer. From knowing how much an item will cost to post before you go to the PO, getting a discount, tracking, and notifications. I highly recommend it 👌 👍🏽!

2025 update: nothing has changed. App still sucks a**....Very delayed information. Either does not display the current status as received in notification text, or need to click around in several areas in the apo until the status updates to current one.
