This game has a wonderful aesthetic. Some sections were pretty hard (for me) combat-wise and some sections i wasn't terribly sure what to do/where to go. But haven't come across another game like it and enjoyed the game thoroughly all the way through. Its one I always think back on with fondness! Thank you devs for what I feel is a masterpiece ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A classic indie game that set a milestone in the artistic genre, still plays well and holds its charm on Android devices, but it's in need of an update. While it plays just fine, frame rate when moving the camera is a bit choppy and if you zoom out you can see the rough edges of backgrounds that you're not supposed to. Needs to be updated for modern resolutions. Still enjoyable though.

Tragically, this labor of love has been left to languish. My 3 star rating is not because of the gameplay (it's neat!), or the story (it's good!), or the music (it's great!). It's for the fact that the game is seemingly no longer being updated for newer versions of Android. I'm lucky enough to be able to launch the game, but changing focus to anything else hard freezes it and makes the current session unrecoverable. Buy the game on Steam instead, or stream the album on Spotify and enjoy yourself

It's a fun, artistic, musical experience... When it doesn't crash. If you rotate in certain ways, it crashes. Sometimes it will repeatedly crash when trying to open and Android will ask you to clear cache. Sometimes it blatantly says there's a bug with the app upon launching, and it recommends that you update. UPDATE: it crashes upon launching now. Unplayable... Don't burn your money. Watch a playthrough on YouTube.

I enjoyed the game, but the battle system (rotating your phone and then waiting for the enemy to attack you so you can counterattack them) got old pretty fast and ended up being more of a tedious pain than an intense fighting experience--the boss fights were kind of fun, though. The game is way too sensitive to even slight rotations; also, the main antagonist wasn't nearly as frightening once you realize that all it does is trigger another boring fight when it catches you. Story was alright--it started off strong, but last momentum as the game progressed; in some ways this game squandered its potential.

I played this game on my Note 5 and was absolutely in love with it. I loved the art style, the simplicity of the gameplay, and the sound/music design was stellar. While controls can be finicky, it wasn't at all an issue. I'm sad that the game won't load on my Note 9, but that's okay. I'll buy it for the Switch!
