Overall product satisfaction is a 4 out of 5. The application is spotty; one day it works, the other it doesn't. The way the headset and the app communicate is also off. It always states that my battery is dying when it has a full charge. The mesh is perfect, I can talk to my whole motorcycle crew with no issues and over a wide area. good luck.

The app is pretty basic but it does what it supposed to do. The sound when having a conversation with someone is amazing. The person I am talking to never can't tell that I riding my Burgman 400. Update 5-7-21 I should have not updated the unit because now when I try to use the call or music options the app crashes, it's pretty unusable at this point. Says the unit has an FM radio but I've never had that to work. Pretty disappointed at this point.

Very disappointed. Device works great, but this app... not so much. I have the Freecom 1. Only wanted this app for the radio. First thing it asks for after installation is to vhange the name of your device, but when I try it won't except my input. Just says "text empty". When using the radio, it displays one station's frequency, yet plays another. Has a feature to play station with strongest signal, but I can't seem to disable that. worthless. removed from phone.

I downloaded this app and its basically useless. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong because when I first opened the app all it asked for was an email registration so I put in my email and NOTHING happened. It's frustrating because the device is paired to my phone yet when I go into the app it shows that nothing is connected. I uninstalled it and installed it again maybe 3 times and all it shows is Not Connected. Hope you can resolve the issue for now you guys are at 1 star.

The app used to work well, now I'm having problems, when making a phone call I tap the fast dial number and it shuts the app. The music option used to pick up my music app on mu mobile, now nothing happens, it's dead. I can get radio stations and recieve phone calls. There is nowhere you can do a factory reset. If there is I can't find it.

updated & App finally connects to my g9 (w/ latest fw). but s/n & battery info displays incorrect. I can now change most settings, but sluggish response. radio randomly scans & w/n stay on station intermittent when riding. May Switch to a competitors product this wknd, to get better features. Very disappointed. Went on ride, couldn't change the radio station or connect with others.
