Dear Careerwill Team, I had purchased a batch from your platform with the expectation of receiving quality content and a smooth learning experience. However, due to persistent technical issues in the app, I am unable to access the content properly. The app either crashes, freezes, or doesn't load the videos at all. I wanted to buy the SSC CGL course, but their support is terrible. I called several times, no one picked up. No one bothered to call me back either. The only time someone answered, they disconnected the call mid-conversation. If this is how they treat people before purchase, I can only imagine how bad the service would be after paying.

horrible experience, the app is low, constant booting, bad servers, can't even use the web browser version due to plaback issues, randomly sings you out, trying to buy a batch is easier than accessing the ones you paid for, navigation inside the batch to find notes and lectures is annoying in web browsers since it resets you to intro tab, the teachers are phenomenal, but it doesn't amount to much if the web servers don't work on 70mbps net while other websites do, have to use 📲 small screen

Faculties are good but the app is not. First of all why is the pc version not available and the website is not properly working , sometimes it opens but sometimes it will give a headache. Secondly there are many glitches in the app as well , i can't rotate my screen , the video playing menu never goes it stays throughout the lecture and because of that i can't the complete screen of the teacher and what he has written in the bottom. I hope you will fix the issues as soon as possible.

Extremely disappointing app! Despite using 5G, Careerwill never works on the first try. I have to turn airplane mode or mobile data on/off just to load content. Feels like starting an old engine every time. Website is equally buggy. For a paid platform, this is unacceptable. Fix your tech, Careerwill — students deserve better.
