The CVS/caremark™ app lets you refill or request new mail service prescriptions, track order status, view prescription history and more. You must have CVS/caremark prescription benefits to use the app: If you’re not sure, check your health insurance plan information to confirm.

not intuitive or user-friendly at all. you wind up in circles trying to accomplish something. you think you where you need to be but then nope, you have to start over. even many times the buttons don't quite work. I reached out for help, and your chat bot was offline. it offered me the opportunity to type a message and leave it behind. their advice to me was that I can leave a rating at the bottom of each page!

Good when it works, but is seriously slow to load between screens and has many issues. First, and foremost, you can't copy anything. Want to track your package? Nope, not clickable. Want to copy the tracking # so you can track that way? Nope. Want to take a screenshot so you can use your gallery app to copy the text? Not allowed. Auth also often won't prompt for fingerprint. If you swipe back, it'll gripe about too many auth requests. Close the app and fingerprint comes back. What a giant mess.

This app is awful. Does not display accurate information regarding refill status. The app shows prescriptions "on hold," but when you call the store, they say, "There's nothing on hold, we can fill it for you now." The convenience of an app then becomes inconvenient if it doesn't work. Use the Caremark website instead. It at least keeps track accurately and allows you to do everything that the app should. I have my preferences set to be notified of order status, etc., but I get no notifications

Not easy to use. Can never log in without resetting my entire account log in, password and I don't have 20 minutes to update a password, then use the text code, reset the password again. Geeze. The most difficult app to log into. No easy or quick way to use it. If you navigate from one page to another you have to re-enter your log in credentials. End up having to call most of the time. Just a complete time waster.

The Caremark features to compare drug prices among pharmacies is designed to make it difficult for you to price shop. You have to manually search and add each pharmacy for each drug you want to compare, and you only get up to five at a time. It should simply show you every place in XXX miles and how much they would charge you so you can hone in on the best prices, but that would be too helpful. Further, upon installing the app, I was unable to perform initial registration because the user verification radial boxes could not be selected to validate who I am. I had to do it on the website first. All in all, it's an app designed to give you the illusion of saving money while making it just hard enough that you don't without spending hours searching.

I tried to log in with my info and apparently they erased my account and can't find my account anywhere. I even tried to register as a new account and keeps sending me error messages and I need to call to find out what's going on. I've never had an issue and it was because of the app I was able to pay for meds here and then just pick it up. Whatever changes they did really undid themselves. Sucks. 😒
