As you prepare for your vacation, download the ultimate cruise app! Available on all Carnival ships.
Use the Carnival HUB app to share your cruise countdown with friends, then explore and book shore excursions, spa treatments, drink packages and more (restricted for adults). When the time comes, you may also check-in and obtain your boarding documents.
As you board your ship, connect to Carnival’s Wi-Fi to view what’s happening, weather, dining menus and more! Onboard internet purchase is NOT required to use the Carnival HUB app.
Before your cruise:
• Load up on excursions, drink packages, spa treatments and more (restricted for adults)
• Check-in and prepare your boarding documents
• Share your cruise countdown with friends and family

Chat is near worthless. Most of the features of the app worked ok. But the one feature that Carnival charges you for barely works at all. I paid $20 for me and 3 shipmates to be able to chat. When a message comes thru, there is no phone notification. Does Carnival expect us to check out phones every 10 minutes? I feel completely ripped off for buying a feature that didn't work for any of us. (2 Android, 2 iPhone users). Yes notifications were enabled on both the phone and the app.

worked well for me. did not work well for others in my group. I like that it has what's happening on the ship, and you are able to view menus. did not like that sometimes the messages sent in the hub weren't received until hours later. some people in my group it didn't work at all. we knew it wasn't a guarantee. would help if notifications would come through without having the app pulled up.

Not a bad app, but sometimes takes too long to load, but that has more to do with a ship's poor wi-fi connection. Notifications are super slow and often don't even push to phone notifications which can be really bad for time sensitive things like digital debark process. Chat is the same way, does not push to phone at all, so have to check in-app to see if you got a message. Overall, not bad, but needs improvement.

The app is great for keeping up with what's going on around the ship. You can also view your Pixel photos on the app which is great. there is much more that the app does! The one down side to this app is the chat feature. You are supposed to be able to txt or chat with everyone in your party - which would be great but the texts have extreme lag, if they send at all. Just needs some fine tooning but a great idea.

Not easy to add, had to have guest service assistant... several guest needed their help. had to keep reconnecting to Carvinal WiFi. I understand we out in the middle of nowhere, however, it can be improved for better service. on the plus side it allows you to connect with family and friends while cruising. Staying connected is great and much needed when everyone has his/her own activities, eating habits, sleep schedule and many more differences.

App is easy to use and is the best way to see what events are going on, schedule them, and view menus and available places to eat. The main issue is the text feature. The app sent notifications for events but would not notify for texts unless I was using the app at the moment I received the text. So I had to keep checking to see if anyone in my group was sending a message.
