To all, I am writing to share a recent, very disappointing experience with Cars24's paid service and strongly recommend against using it. My prior experience selling a car through Cars24 led me to trust their platform for my current vehicle. However, after paying for their premium service, the platform failed to upload my car's advertisement. More concerningly, the assigned customer service agent became completely unresponsive and has not answered repeated calls throughout the afternoon.

after the inspection they had given the report..as per their report , the feedback about the car was good..and based on the auction we fixed an offer. but at the end they cancelled that deal saying that the car was having some accident history...i dont know from where they got this information...and this happened at the last moment ..even i submitted my documents and about to close... so how can we trust them..? they will change their words at any time...not a trusty app and process.

At the time of the transaction, I was assured by your team that within 2–3 working days, both the car transfer would be completed and the balance payment would be released. However, it has now been nearly two months, and the amount has not yet been credited, despite submission of all required documents. already e mail but no help from. #fraud #badexperience #worstcustomerexperience

My RC transfer has now been approved. The issue is finally resolved, though it took much longer than expected. Communication and updates from CARS24 could have been more transparent — I had to follow up multiple times to get clarity. Overall, glad it’s sorted now, but the experience could’ve been smoother.

Stop fooling people. So many calls are made for inspection that a person gets upset. And after the inspection, no offer is received. And then you ask people to pay to run the ad. And if we don't plan for ad posts, then you guys seem to value the car so low it's half of what you before inspection. Local dealers are better than you guys. And after seeing this comment, don't call me and tell me to edit it and delete it.

as I have inspected my car on cars24 and have a rate difference as they show on app when we put the details. afterwards their agent quoted the rate and I asked more but after a day they changed the agent and then denied the given rate. i request don't sell the cars on this platform. Even their inspection agent suggested that I put the car in an auction to pay 500₹ for better price.
