With the 7.0.5 update there are a few bugs When you open the app, the map is zoomed out too far. you have to zoom in to fin your vehicle. the map does not move with the vehicle. the vehicle moves but the map stays were it last pinned. even though you select the "screen always on" option, it doesnt stay on. fix plz!!! previous version was much better

What is new in this app? I have the previous version and I cannot see the road names unless I zoom in all the time. In the old versions the map was perfect. Please tell me you fixed that bug in this latest version. Also I hope you fixed the live location update feature as it takes so long to show you where your car is when you driving. Please tell me that bug is fixed. Otherwise it's a good app.

App has changed in a way that it centrilises the trips. I hate it. Can somebody put it where it was before. I have send a message on what'sup and I didn't receive any message back even sorry we are not working the weekend nothing. I don't like the change on the App not at all. It's no longer showing the trips like before even the streets where the car is travelling from and to. I'm really not happy about this new App

app is cool. 5stars. cartrack rescued my car 5min after phoning them. 10stars. the thingy that triggers carwatch... needs some ai..better logic. it triggers when my vehicle is dormant for 3days.. in the beginning agent would phone.now because of false alarms a bot phones. please let us choose what is an alert. ie. alert when ignition is switched on. or alert when gps moves more than x meter.. etc.. that will stop a lot of false alarms.. ps. thank you again for getting my car back

Very bad when I request footages it says there's an error. Another is the main camera just disappeared I'm only left with the standby camera. when I call them they keep on sending you to another person or promise to call you back and they will never call you back.

I bought a new vehicle in Aug 25. no tracker, so decided to have one installed The technician that came to install it. set up my App as well. It worked perfect until last Friday 3rd Oct. I called in for assistance. ph numerous times, used the wattsapp as well. To date, my app has lost the features it had which I started with Still waiting for someone 🙃 to contact me. I could see exactly where my vehicle was, now I can only see M55, when I click on it, it only shows me the name of the road, 😪
