Great app, I've had this for years. It seems to be the most targeted abdominal and core workout app I've found, and no ads. The settings are pretty straightforward to customize. If only I did the exercises as consistently as I should, I would have a much stronger core!

Takes more than 50 minutes a day towards the end of it. Pretty intense too. The app is good, it's basically a glorified 15 beat per minute metronome.
