it's always this same freaking problem. whenever I reload the credit in this app it always doesn't show the amount of credit that I reload even though the message notification that I received clearly confirmed my purchase. the fact that I can't get in this app and had to login with atp AGAIN but ofc, I CAN'T even login cuz it says my number isn't valid (which is really frustrating). can't you just fix this issue??? It's starting to get annoying bruhh

Rubbish! Asks for update here, update there. I follow as told, and I'm rewarded with an app that most of the time doesn't even load! When it finally does load, they have the audacity to greet me with a pop-up ad as soon as it does. Where is all the money I pay you guys go to? Is this really the best quality app you can provide as your platform for users?? IMPROVE THE APP PLEASE.

Its been so long and its still keep refreshing when i shift to my bank account for transaction. Please, change it to avoid refreshing and restarting the app if i shift tab, how do i pay bill and give authorisation if this keep going? So problematic. I had to do several attempts to pay my bill, by keep shifting to the celcom app to avoid it to refreshing and restarting.

I'm extremely frustrated with this app. Each attempt to open leads to crashes. No update available on Play Store, yet it's unstable. Reloading my sim has bcome a significant incovenience. I expect better functionality and support. Update : 19 April 2024 - Still crash. Needs to open multiple times then it crashed again. I wonder who is your software team. 25 Sept 2024 - Getting worst!

Uselessly slow app. Plus the pop out promo that comes out every time you refresh the app. I remove it once means I don't want it. So, please, don't pop out again. Such a nuisance. -[UPDATE!!!] 2 times face problems with reload. This 2nd time, no amount reloaded event after paying using ewallet. No update, refresh several times, open and close multiple times. "Help Center" & "Submit an enquiry" is totally useless (WhatsApp). No more of this, changing telco now. Even this tiny problem can't solve!

Very confusing in between digi and celcom. I bought a number under celcomdigi, but can't find for the number in MyDigi App (previously I could login in MyDigi for another number that is unber celcomdigi as well). Reach to digi support also can't ask what I want to ask, always give me to choose other option which is not related to my question and can't even chat with a real person!!!! Waste my time so much to find out this apps, which I didn't use before. Disappointed!!!!!
