Whenever I open the app, it just throws a message that my device is not safe to run the hello bpcl app and there is only one option to 'exit'. So, I am unable to get into the app. I tried uninstlling and installing the app several times but the problem persists. I checked whether there is any software update pending but there's none. There's also no app update pending. It just doesn't work.

Utterly useless app. It blocks the account even when we enter correct OTP. Unnecessary blocking connection without any prior notice citing KYC where app itself does not work. It is worse than IRCTC. Can't give less than 1 but it doesn't even deserve 1 star. Either make a proper app or make it completely offline process as our time is valuable.

The app was working OK until the last month (when I booked a cylinder refill). Now as I'm trying to login to the app, I repeatedly get an error message "Please login again!" and nothing happens! (Logging in via the same registered Mobile number). Even after several retries, the result is the same.

The app has easy navigation, which is a plus. However, the chatbot is one of the worst I’ve encountered—it takes too long to respond and often fails to provide helpful guidance. Many icons and even the logo are not displaying properly, making the interface look broken. There are only a fixed number of options available, which limits flexibility. Overall, it feels incomplete and frustrating to use.

The security sealing of the cylinder is a farce. If there was a strict security protocol before sealing the cylinder after gas filling, no complaints would have been raised about the absence of the rubber washer inside the cylinder knob. But I was compelled to complain on 3 occasions in the last three consecutive deliveries and no prompt action is forthcoming. What I got was only assurances of no use...Pity

mPin never works. Dashboard is way too bad. Does not show a complete profile. After going to the payment app and making the payment the HelloBPCL app automatically closes and doesn't update the booking ID. Each time it restarts automatically and we have to contact the helpdesk to raise a complaint for a refund.
