They don't allow foreigners with a valid Taiwan drivers license (regardless of previous rental history) to rent if their visa has less than 3 months on it. App is Chinese only. UX barrier: can't see vehicle availability until after you finish the 'I'm ready to purchase' process??

Please add an English interface. The app allows foreigners to rent cars. A lot of us can't read Mandarin.

They literally release an update to their app once or twice a month. With every update their app gets worse and worse. I bought a monthly plan for irent recently and was using the old app. Suddenly they decide to do a major update to the app. When I use the app, it constantly crashes and is slow to load. Also, it asks me to upload my drivers licenses again. So, did you lose the data?? I uploaded it again and now the app tells me to wait two days! Customer service never picks up phone! Avoid!

I have no problem with the app tho sometimes it was a bit slow, speed can be improved. CS was also good, immediately took my call and helped me answering the questions. 300NT a day for an electric scooter is value for money, I needed to change the battery 3 times tho it was easy to find the station. I was even impressed by the availability of the battery swapping station, I thought only gogoro will have a lot of charging station. Basically most of kymco showrooms will have ionex station.

I was heavy user about i-rent, but this time I am really disappointed your service. After updated, the app won't let me book the car and window been stuck in "please bind credit card otherwise it isn't available to reserve service". However, I already bind my credit card!!! In addition, page turn is extremely not smooth and progress circle is always running without purpose. You should consider fire IT, your good reputation is destroyed in this update. It is super suck and super inconvenient.

The app doesn't even work, guys! come on! App都不能打開。。 I tried to rent your car one year ago, it didn't work because of the app... this time it doesn't work again... it's like you don't want even people to rent your cars at all. If you can't handle an APP, make a Website where everything will work! What's the problem?!
