Terrible, the nightmare of app developers. You cannot make a payment using a card. With luck and the stars aligned you'll maybe successfully be able to pay with a card. Basicly they don't want money. Bank transfers are much more reliable. The app is unresponsive at times. Honestly one of the worst apps I've ever used. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I hope they fix the UE but I'm skeptical they will any time soon.

This app is terrible. It has no translations into other languages, will not let you recharge any packages, and doesn't have clear instructions of a workaround. The website is a little more helpful but barely. I can't even recharge any packages so now I can't connect with loved ones unless I stop at a place with wifi.

Tried for over 1.5hrs to buy a internet packet and it never worked! I have used the MiClaro app for over 3 months and it was always quite unreliable but today I have tried for so so long to simply buy an internet packet. I have used 3 different cards but either the compass page doesn't load, the payment page doesn't load, there's an unexpected error or the payment is reversed. Incredibly annoyed and frustrated!

If you don't use the credit you put on it they hold it, and there's no way to purchase any minutes or data from that credit they held. The app is also annoying with big pop ups that just waste your time, when people are on the app they are in a rush and all we get are big pop ups that you can press but mistake

Installing Claro left intrusions in my Facebook app and on the Facebook website. Even after uninstalling Claro, I am still offered to "buy data" and images won't display automatically. Don't install Claro unless you want your phone f$#ked up. You can't even use the app to recharge your prepaid when you run out of internet data allowance, because the app requires an internet connection. It's better to dial and call *779# instead, to recharge with the available credit on your account.

Terrible experience. Most of the time it doesn't open. You simply cannot change the mobile number. No matter how many times you try to change, it wont accept a new Mobile Number. Extremely slow and horrible GUI. Must say, Claro's app needs a complete redesign.
