Finally, I was able to resolve my line issue after struggling for over a year. An advisor quickly identified the problem with my line (something more than 10 advisors had been unable to do). I was able to register again and start enjoying my Claro line. I'm not giving 5 stars because of the time it took to resolve my issue :/

baddest app and service. i am customer of claro hogar fijo for more than 10 years. before it was good service and good speed of wifi but now is very bad. suffering fron wifi claro and when you write to the no servicio al cliente 3112000000 on Whatsapp you never wil get good response. I don't want anymore this service. even when you want to call or write for tecnico even no soluciona.

This app is basically useless. Lately I am unable to connect to my bill pay option and receive a message that it cannot connect. This has been the state of my account for 3 weeks

Installed this and now I receive multiple advertising class 0 messages (unlike normal messages, the type that pop up like emergency alerts on your android phone and *should* be reserved for emergencies) per day from Claro. Short of turning SMS off, I've turned every other message-related setting off, but i am still receiving the messages from the blocked numbers. Claro has to be the worst phone provider in Colombia and should be shamed for it!

**Update** Now it remains stuck on the Star Wars add, fix this but it's constantly asking for permissions to adjust things on my phone although I denied them in the first place. It keeps popping up requesting for permission every 30 seconds. Draining my battery. Deleted the app. Claro contact solution via fb and Twitter don't help if you don't have these social media channels. Claro needs to address this otherwise it's a spam app. Since last update the app won't open anymore. It keeps crashing!!
