I'm not sure how this app has anything higher than a 1-2 star rating. For starters, biometrics do not work for me. Once logged in, after hard resetting the app a few times, it will show you information as long as you don't select the other options. Once you do, you're forced to restart the app again and pray it does not say service error when trying to log in.

This App does not work at all. The developer should do at least 10 minutes of testing. Horrible. From the very first page, the app does not accept my phone number, the userid process does not work. Each time you log in the app goes through the same process that was already done. It is a bad app.

Half the time or more the app doesn't load correctly. It takes 6 or more logins to get all the balance info that is supposed to be showing.

This app freezes as soon as it loads. Very much useless. The only info it provides is the gigs remaining for use in internet

This really has to be the worst app I've ever used overall. The interface is too outdated, it takes forever to load. I think they need a new app.

I am in New York and I am unable to use both the app or the sim card. This is very frustrating as I would like to call family. I am unable to pass the initial screen.
