Bugs and malfunction happens frequently. The app freezes, often won't load and needs to be closed/reopened. There are far too many separate windows that need to be clicked in order to navigate from one view to another, makes it choppy and more time consuming than necessary. Compared to the function of other apps, this one gets a "poor/fair" rating from me. And I've been using it for work, for over a year now.

App freezes. A bunch. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. It doesn't keep the correct time, A lot. I've clocked in a few times where my company will text me and say I didn't clock in. So there have been times it doesn't retain the info. Every time I open the app it treats me like I'm a new customer. entering all my info. Each time I toggle the switch for "remember me" it resets back. Makes clocking in and out a frustrating adventure.

It would be great if you could track your hours worked through the app and if it worked half of the time. It would also be amazing if we could be able to view the clients' names in the available shifts section when trying to pick up new shifts. I'm not sure if that is available and my employer just isn't doing it, but if not it would be a very helpful addition. 🤷‍♀️

had to change my review I get nothing but glitches for 3 months now, it's been saying clients house is in themiddle of the forest, despite being within arms reach of my client. I have never been able to clock in anywhere near the client's house. Not one time. I have to drive up and down a long dirt road for it to randomly decide I'm within range and can punch in, usually hundreds of yards away. I dread punching in and out because it's painfully slow and makes me late for everything. Bad app.

Spotty location services. so freezes often making it impossible to log in or log out almost daily. App freezes often forcing the user to uninstall the app and wait 30 minutes to an hour before reinstalling. this works, sometimes, to remedy the log in/log out problems. looks like we need some major bug fixes.

It's kind of frustrating to use. I can't tell you how many times there are issues with double clocking in or out. Im sure the company I work for is tired of fixing it. EDIT 9/16/25 awful. NOW Im having issues with it loading, not saving my clock in or out after shift. Issues with comments being saved. I have had to uninstall so many times and clearing the cache only helps 50% of the time. very frustrating.
