never get a reply when i applied on the credit limit. they just want you to buy the card and collect a payment for a price of carbon fiber. BS worst expirience ever.

I rated the app badly in the the past. it's worse now. if there is -ve rating I would've given it -5 stars. they cancelled the payment options through the app so you can't use your cashback credit and they would be able to cancel it after 3 mobths. it has been months since they removed the payment services claiming that it's temporary but it's never back. I still insist that they are a scam app that not trustable and should be reported and removed from the store.

I can't log in the app after resetting my phone because the app considering it a new phone. It has been 3 days trying to reach the customer service through the app and the hotline and no one contacted me back

I have stopped my Lucky One card and tried to stop the account and delete my data but I did not find anything useful to delete the account through the application. After contacting customer service, it was explained that the data will be used and I do not have the right to delete my data and it will be used??? Leaking customer data is the worst customer support service and the necessary legal measures will be taken
