Hi, you have built a great product but be more transparent 1) Don't put up so many paid reviews to pile on top of genuine reviews 2) critical T&C should be upfront not hidden in some obscure blog - no other platform controls seller funds (are you a platform or seller or a marketplace? - DECIDE) "For e.g. Amount on Hold - After the customer pays for the order, the amount is placed on hold in your account. Once the order is delivered, the payment is processed to your account in 24 hours."

Everything is ok in dukaan app. But some features need to be added. Like; customers don't find option to exchange/ return the products of their own, they need to contact seller for that purpose. There's also no option to add buyer's email and contact no. in the store for convenience of customer. Also there is no option for customers to zoom in and zoom out the product image. One thing can also be added i.e. offers and coupons images in the store, so that customer should see it directly.

I'm one of the initial customer of this app and paid for a years subscription on April 10, 2021. However, my services are being stopped since last one month citing expiration of my free trial !! First, I raised a complaint and to my surprise, they asked me to prove whether I paid for a year or not. Even though it was their fault, I shared the payment receipt. And now, they have not resumed my services till date citing the reason of checking the data !! I recommend to go for some other apps!!

I really like this simple and easy to use. However being a seller some features are missing in it which needs to be taken care off. And why it is showing "Business not verified" 1. Online payment option 2. Merchant open and close time 3. Delivery expected time 4. Buyer should get the confirmation when their order is dispatched and delivered without refreshing screen. There are few more but I know you must be working on that and soon will update these. Gr8 going. Just keep it up.

Dukaan app, there is a wide range of products and sellers, it allows customers to choose their types of products allow them to have happy shopping. What does that do to the sellers? It gives them power, it gives them hope and a challenge to clear. They gain a lot of clients, and questions about their products. They can easily communicate with them that shows the consumer the true face of the sellers. This app is not all bad for it a shot you, guys! It will give you belief in yourself

I had to move back during the pandemic and started helping out in my grandmother’s shop. However, it was getting a bit hard for her to keep a record of things. This is when I suggested we shift to online selling. Even though she was wary at first, my grandmother soon started liking how easy it was to use the Dukaan app. Now the app keeps records for her and she can just see the stats for sale on weekly basis. The app also makes sure that a proper receipt of all online transactions is there. The Dukaan app has really helped her.
