So it would be nice if emails sent to this company would be answered. I can't buy gems. The app closes, takes my money, and when you open the app, there are none of the items I purchased. Super frustrating! Google Play did refund my money but I really want the gems. you would think this would be a priority for them but it's not. this has been going on for 2 months. I've lost aac members due to this problem. PLEASE FIX IT!

Money trap with horrible support. the game is dying as it's so expensive to keep up. Do not play.

I have played several years now, with multiple accounts. Some accounts are free and some I've paid for. The game gets more frustrating as time has gone on. Too often the game is hung up with the "spinning wheel", where you can't access a feature or even log in. This situation is happening with increasing frequency.

It was a Good game, back when I posted my original review there was a way to upgrade to latest and greatest equipment even while not paying... Albeit the process took years. Buying even a small amount could get you great generals and equipment... Now there is really not much incentive to spend gems to upgrade which is unfortunate the developers have put the emphasis on buying rather than spending your gems. I calculated that to get a SSSS general would cost around $400 USD. Not worth it.

The developers of this game are not helpful in any way. In the time I have been playing they have proven themselves to not care about their customers. I have witnessed large account holders lose their accounts for good with no help from the devs to regain them. I personally have been robbed of items that I never rec'd that I have paid for multiple times. I would have never downloaded this game and gotten so involved with it if I had known how little the developers will do to help customer's.

Terrible game it's set up for big money spenders. They dont care about any of their customers except the ones that buy alot..I play to keep in touch with friends I made on the game. But theres no sense on smaller players wasting their money. Yes they do screw you outta gems sometimes or perks from them their customer service is lousy and your barely able to understand their reply if you actually get one. This game has a short shelf life and the company is just trying to suck out every dollar.
