Absolutely ridiculous you can't double your time anymore. The ads are completely useless. You can watch one HALF, and then you are closing the game out for OVER 7 minutes just to finally watch ONE. Go back to the standard 30 second ads. It's annoying to have to watch two separate ads and 9 out of 10 time IT WONT EVEN WORK and then you spend all that time opening and closing the game to get one to work out.

I used to love this game so much. The forced ads have gotten so bad! Don't say that it's free and you don't push ads, when you can't do anything half the time without an unavoidable ad popping up asking if you want to spend money! The park pass is free, but every week they force you through it to try to get you to spend out-of-pocket money. And then Julian popping up every so often, preventing you from doing anything else.

Stressful, shamelessly money hungry, and don't believe the "no forced ads" bs- if you can't continue to play without checking out the same "deal" over and over, that's a forced ad. It would be fun if it weren't nearly impossible to get automated for events, which means that unless you're willing to sit on what is supposed to be an idle game for hours at a time, you can't get any decent event rewards and those are the ONLY significant source of the in game currencies- except spending. Nah.

Long time player, I made a purchase during an event weeks ago. After using the items purchased, the game glitched. Not only were the items purchased gone, so was my progress after using them. I was on pace to finish top 3 in the event. Support has refused to resolve the issue, I should at minimum receive a refund. Update: Still no resolution. My attempts to contact support have resulted in no response. Lost $ for them, I've refused to make any additional purchases until the issue is resolved.

decent game it's okay to pass the time. It will keep you fairly busy due to how much you have to stay on it without spending money. one of my biggest pet peeves is the ads every time I upgrade a building I get an ad with Julian asking me to spend money. and this is one of the main reasons that I've been debating whether or not I am going to uninstall it. if they would stop trying to pressure me to buy things all the time I would give it a five star instead I'm giving it a two-star

I play on and off. I always end up not playing for a long time, because they try so hard to get your money. Every time you're trying to play, Julian pops up every 5 minutes saying, "You can't miss this greasy deal", and then forces you to click on the ad. it's so unbelievably annoying. not to mention all the ads you have to watch in order to actually advance in the game.
